Hello and welcome to Summers' Stitches Studio, where every afghan tells a story and every skein holds a spark of possibility.

I’m Heather, founder, fiber enthusiast, and lifelong crocheter. My journey with crochet began at 12, but it was at 16 that I proudly finished my first full afghan—a piece that still warms my home and heart today. Since then, I’ve handcrafted over 20 afghans, each one carefully stitched with love, intention, and a touch of wanderlust.

This studio is my passion project—a space to celebrate the art of crochet through storytelling, patterns, and thoughtfully curated yarn. When I’m not crocheting, I’m traveling, exploring new textures and colors, flipping through boutique yarn catalogs, and of course, adding “just one more” skein to my growing collection.
